After a night in Tambo classes start on Monday. You will visit the striking Inca ruins of Ingapirca and explore this ancient culture. You will pass through the traditional town of Cañar, home of the distinctive Cañari culture, and spend time in the historic colonial city of Cuenca with its churches museums, fine restaurants and tranquil ambience.
Day trips to surrounding places of interest include Chordeleg with its traditional sierra culture, arts and crafts, and the Cajas National Park, with its stunning sierra scenery, lakes, and unique flora and fauna.
